Data Pipeline Assignment

The point of this assignment is to develop a data pipeline. The raw data is in wide format, with each row as a report. The first four rows describe the variables. Since these are reports, there are three dimensions for each variable: page, line, and column. Each page has its own set of lines and columns. Some lines or columns exactly match between different pages; however, there are cases where more complicated relationships exist.
