Data Loader from csv input file

Project Description:

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a data loader from a CSV input file to a database using Python.

Input File Format:
- The input file is in CSV format.

Programming Language:
- The data loader should be developed using Python, other languages ok, as need a menu program

Data Destination:
- The data should be loaded into a database.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with CSV file handling and data manipulation.
- Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data loading.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle errors during the loading process.

Please note that the project scope may include additional requirements based on the specific needs of the client.

The program needs to be as such:

Data Loader (needs to be able to change the naming in a configuration file)

1. TEST
2. TRAIN
3. LIVE

When selecting as 1.

Should come with the option

1. Properties
(Before the loading takes place needs to be able to put a warning)

Then selects the CSV file, as in the attachments and load it in the sequence as described in the attachment.

This is the 1st Phase, so might need to continue this work.
