Data Engineering project to add in resume

I need help to work on a end to end Data Engineering project that involves Data Ingestion, Data Processing, Creating Data Pipelines, monitoring and storage. Tech stack includes Python, SQL, Apache Spark, AWS and Air Flow (Optional).

I am a Data Analyst and want to shift to Data Engineer. So, I want to work on a Data Engineer project to add to my resume.
