Data Analysis & Machine Learning Project

I have a project that involves three main tasks in the realm of Data Analysis, Machine Learning, and Systems Engineering. The project will be broken down into three main tasks:

1. **Setup of a Microservice using Python Flask Framework on Ubuntu VM**
- The primary functionality of the microservice will be to process and analyze data. This is a key aspect of the project, so it's imperative that the freelancer has experience with the following:
- Setting up microservices
- Using Python Flask framework
- Working with Ubuntu Virtual Machines
- Data Analysis

2. **Build a Model for Bike Rental Prediction using Machine Learning to explore explainability**
- The second part of the project will involve creating a machine learning model for bike rental prediction. The emphasis here will be on the explainability of the model. Ideal skills and experience for this task include:
- Proficiency in Machine Learning
- Experience in building prediction models
- Ability to analyze and explain the workings of the model

3. **Develop a Signature Verification Protocol using the RSA Algorithm**
- The last task will be to develop a signature verification protocol using the RSA algorithm. Prior experience with this algorithm and cryptographic protocols is highly desirable.
- Experience with RSA Algorithm
- Understanding of cryptographic protocols
