Data Analysis and Business Rules Development

I have a dataset that contains different account attributes. I need a thorough data analysis as well as the development of business rules based on the analysis. The end result should be a set of structured rules that can be applied to similar datasets.

Key Tasks:
- Conduct a comprehensive data analysis on the dataset
- Develop business rules based on the analysis
- Implement these rules in Drools or Python
- Develop unit tests to ensure the rules are functioning as intended
