Daily Python Financial Scraping Task

I am look for someone to write ad hoc code and also provide instruction on Pandas and Python. I need to make my code run each business day at a certain time. I also want to scrape websites to down load price information for ETFs and financial indices. I also want general instruction as I write pandas code myself and want to get better. It is also required that the person know how to use functions and how to create nicely formatted tables and print off in table format.
