Daily JSON Review Scraper from AllAgents website

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a scraper tool for extracting review data from the AllAgents website. The tool should run as an API with input is Url and output the data in a JSON format.

I expected to write by Python (Flask) or C# or Java so that I can push Url then scraper will run scrape all "Review" from this page.

Specific details to scrape include:
- Reviewer name
- Review date
- Review content
- Reply
- Star rating
- Review ID
- Review title

Ideal candidates should have substantial experience in web scraping and data extraction, with proficiency in creating automated tools. Knowledge of JSON and the ability to deliver clean, structured data is crucial.

Very important that I need performance would be perfect, I'm a developer and I can write this tool with Python by myself, but performance is not good because they use Ajax with masked data to display. That is a big challenge for me at this time. So I'm seeking someone can help me on this.
