DNS Filtering System

Hello, I am Safwan and currently working on a final year project which involves DNS traffic filtering. The topic is called Traffic Monitoring Application and due to some unfortunate circumstances my project was on hold for a long time. I have configured the DNS server to block webpages based on the RPZ file however I need help in creating the desktop app GUI and scripts to update the DNS server config. My project model overview is attached in the document, and the requirements for the projects is as follows:
1. A functional python app GUI login screen with database integration and a link to a register page/forgot password.
2. A functional landing screen (1st tab) after login which has a an on/off button for the dns filtering system which indicates if you are protected and has the backend function where if enabled it will set the DNS server of the client machine to the specified DNS server which is used to block the domains.
3. A 2nd tab which has 3 main option for the service which are category selection, specific domain blacklist and a whitelist. Each one must be functional and will connect with the server scripts to update the DNS server based on the options.
4. The back-end scripts for updating a DNS config file which is on CentOS8, this mostly means updating through vim with the desired domain pages to be blocked by the DNS server based on the options selected.
5. A simple 3rd tab which has some help and credits.
