DJango and Android App for Calling,whatsapp and messaging

I want a Website in django, also tweaking in django admin interface so as to import excel or csv files as well as
an Android app which fetches the data from databases(imported from excel or csv),provide an interface to call on that data ,provide comment for the same which should get reflected in the database,able to message or whatspp from there only,Also the android app should record all the calls as well keep the summary for the entire call logs including missed calls.Android app should have userid as well as password for authencation alongwith otp,and gps feature.Want Simple django admin interface to mange all the backend related work.
