DEX price monitoring + Arbitrage scanner + flash loan execution

I would like to create an app/bot that can:
- Scan/monitor crypto prices accross DEXes (Pancakeswap, Uniswap, etc.)
- Identify arbitrage opportunities between these DEXes, e.g. buy coin X on DEX A, sell coin X on DEX B, taking % in profit
- Execute trades utilizing flash loans (to maximize profitability)
There are likely many more details (security, accounting for gas fees, frontrunning avoidance, etc.) but this is the main idea. If such a project is feasible, would love to discuss it with you.
