Key Requirements:
- Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript, C#
- Technology integration: ArcGIS, GPS, GIS, and Google (Earth, Engine, Map)
- Specific functionalities needed for GPS, DGPS, and GIS
* Mapping and geolocation
* Real-time tracking
* Capture, Sketch, and Share Field Data Online and Offline
* Spatial analysis with data conversion as required.
