Customize youtube channel and live stream using google api in python

I wanted to do customization in my youtube channel and also wanted to automate live stream functionality using python.

Below are the requirement which should be handled by python script.

requirements :
-customize name and profile pic
-schedule a live stream with custom title, description, thumbnail
-option to hide subs
-option to unlist all vod, delete a vod with link
-option to edit a live stream/ delete
-grab stream key
-start/stop stream
-proxy socks5 support
-display channel, choose the channel to function
