Customer Support Voice Automation Bot

I'm in need of a voice-based call automation bot built using SignalWire or Twilio, and Python. The primary purpose of this bot is to assist with customer support.
Specific Tasks:
- The bot should be capable of handling initial customer queries and providing some basic information.
- It's essential that the bot can seamlessly transfer calls to a human agent after it has provided initial information to the customer.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python and experience with SignalWire or Asterisk is a must.
- Prior experience in developing customer support bots will be a significant advantage.
- Understanding of voice recognition technology and call automation systems is necessary.
WebRTC Skills Required:
Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
Experience with programmable voice APIs (SignalWire highly preferred, Twilio acceptable)
Familiarity with real-time audio (WebRTC, VAD, webrtcvad, pydub, or audio fingerprinting)
WebSockets (binary streaming)
Comfortable deploying to cloud environments
