Custom Visitor & Task Management Apps
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
Two separate yet lightweight web applications need to be built completely from scratch—a Visitor Management system and a Project Task Management tool—both sharing a modern, responsive interface and clean codebase.
Visitor Management
The first app handles day-to-day reception duties with three core features:
• Visitor Check-In/Check-Out with searchable log
• On-demand visitor badge printing (PDF or direct thermal printer)
• Secure pre-registration link that guests can fill out in advance, speeding up arrival
Project Task Management
The second app focuses on internal workflow: creating projects, breaking them into tasks, assigning owners, tracking status, and generating simple progress dashboards. E-mail or in-app notifications on status changes are expected so everyone stays aligned.
Tech expectations
Open to your preferred web stack—Laravel, Django, Node, React, Vue, or similar—provided it is well-documented, lightweight, and easy for an in-house admin to maintain. Clean RESTful APIs, sensible database schema, and role-based access control are must-haves.
Acceptance criteria
1. Fully responsive UI tested on latest Chrome, Edge, and Safari
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clear README for local setup
3. Basic automated tests covering critical flows (check-in, task update)
4. Deployment scripts or Docker files allowing one-command install on Ubuntu server
5. After hand-off, a short walkthrough call and written guide
If any libraries or third-party services are used (e.g., badge printer SDK, e-mail gateway), include licensing details and setup notes.
