Custom Pinescript Indicator multiple Alerts

I'm looking for a custom TradingView Pinescript indicator that detects volume spikes and sends alerts accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- The indicator should monitor multiple symbols, specifically stocks and cryptocurrencies.
- Alerts should be sent via webhook to a custom server which then relays the information to Google Sheets.
- The alerts need to be visually represented by changing color from red to green in TradingView.
