Custom AI Model for manhwa/manga image Summarization

I'm seeking a talented freelancer skilled in Node.js, Python, and AI to create a custom AI model that can summarize images, specifically from manhwa/manga. The model should analyze characters, their actions, expressions, and the background and form a summary/narration of it there should not be any kind of restriction placed on the ai.
after you make the ai you are going to add that to an existing code base to make video using the images I inputted to the ai to form a summary so basically how I want it to work is I input folder in a inputfolder start the code it slices images I inputted using software like opencv and more then I go by the images 1 by 1 deleting any that is not needed then the images are give to the custom made ai and it generates a narration of it then the narration and the image is combine to form a proper video where the image matches to what the narration is talking about there should be no character recognition or background recognition and use a free model to translate the english recap made by the custom ai to different languages like Spanish french and more to form a video of it too.
i have a existing code that does most of what I mentioned above but it uses gpt 4o what is very bad and it has restriction and stuff and the character recognition is bad too
