Custom Instagram API

I'm looking for a skilled programmer to help me integrate Instagram API with python.
I want to:
1. be able to list all my followers on instagram.
2. be able to list everyone I follow on instagram.
3. be able to list a specific user's followers (only if we already follow each other).
4. be able to follow someone.
5. be able to unfollow someone.
You'll need to make different functions for each.
