- Create/manage employee profiles and assign them to departments.
- Manage user roles: Admin, HR Head, Department Manager, Employee.
- Admin and HR Head can view/edit salary details (hidden from regular users).
2. Progress Reporting:
- Employees submit daily and monthly progress reports.
- Department Managers view team performance through a dedicated dashboard.
- Reports can be filtered by employee, department, and date.
3. Financial & Expense Management:
- Admin dashboard for tracking overall company expenses (including salaries, department budgets, operational costs).
- Real-time budget monitoring with alert thresholds.
4. Product Monitoring Module:
- Add/manage multiple in-house products.
- Monitor sales, marketing expenses, and profitability per product.
- Product-specific analytics and expense breakdowns.
5. Data Visualization:
- Interactive charts and graphs (bar, line, pie, etc.) for:
- Progress reports.
- Financial summaries.
- Team and product-level insights.
- Download/export reports as PDF/Excel.
6. Secure Role-Based Access:
- Access levels based on role (Admin, HR, Manager, Employee).
