Custom Discord Bot Development

I'm looking to develop a custom Discord bot with an initial focus on utility commands. The bot will have the following core functionalities:
- Custom Commands: The bot will be programmed to respond to a variety of custom commands that I will specify.
- Utility Commands: These will include commands useful for managing server interaction, such as polls and announcements.
In addition, I want the bot to be able to provide statistics for server members.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python or JavaScript
