Seeking a developer proficient in either Python or Java, capable of creating a system to efficiently import mixed type data from a web source. The solution should be capable of efficiently importing up to 100,000 data rows within 1-2 minutes.

Key requirements include:
- Proficiency with Python or Java.
- Experience with handling both numerical and text data.
- Capability to source data directly from the web.
- The system should be high-speed, importing an estimate of 100,000 rows within 1-2 minutes.
