can you help me with the development of a python app that can be dynamically finetuned (and accumulate the training) with text files?. I want to work on my academic project by training specific articles in a field of philosophy and i want to be able to fine tune it with different text documents every now and then. The app needs to be ablel to be updated (it could be a text file or another way). The app can be deployed locally or on a google collab or such.
