I need an application developer to work on online application development. A report generation application that is straightforward but requires someone with good coding skills in python or ruby on rails.
The user would be able to input data and then generate a report that is mailed to clients. The full details of the application are attached and comprehensive data would be available to the selected developer.
A task is required before I select a developer. I would require the developer to prove their skills by creating at least the basic interface of the design that I would provide before I choose a developer. This is to ensure time is maximized.
