Custom App Development for ERPNext

I may have other works to post after this project

I'm looking for a skilled developer to help me make specific modifications to my Frappe/ERPNext system via custom app.

I need a custom app created that will allow me to (add or hide) buttons within certain doctypes and also modify the functionality of the custom app to meet my business requirements.

Key requirements include:
- Modifying ERPNext doctypes/standard doctypes, for example, traditionally if want to hide an option from the menu button we go to the file and comment the options that we dont want. I dont want to go traditional i want to do it via a custom app so as not to touch the original file and also if its via custom app it will won't be rest after new versions of ERPNext that comming.

for this project, (i assume you have system ready) I want to hide some buttons for example (LINK, COPY TO CLIPBOARD, REMIND ME) from the menu. the file related to the menu is toolbar.js which is from this path (/frappe-bench/apps/frappe/frappe/public/js/frappe/form/toolbar.js

The ideal candidate should have:
- Proficiency in ERPNext framework
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience in custom app development
- The ability to understand and deliver on specific business requirements
- Good communication skills to ensure we are aligned on the project goals and progress
