Cryptography(PRNG) -- 2

Designing python code for PRNG. This project requires only few lines of python code to be added in the already given code files as per the requirement mentioned in the pdf. Any beginner with cryptography background and a little knowledge of classes in Python can complete the task in half hr to one hr. Please have a look and help. We can negotiate the price and i am ready to increase the amount too if solution provided is viable.
