Crypto Trading Telegram Bot Enhancement

I'm looking for a skilled Python developer with experience in creating and enhancing Telegram bots.
Current Issues:
- My existing bot only buys when a new contract is posted. It needs to be modified to also make purchases when contracts are included in longer messages.
Desired Improvements:
- The new bot should have all the old features plus this error correction
The ideal candidate for this project should:
- Have a deep understanding of Python and Telegram Bot API.
- Be familiar with cryptocurrency
- Have experience in developing bots with real-time notification features.
