Crypto Trading Bot -- 2

I am looking to have a trading bot created that uses data.orionterminal.com scanner and pulls in a list of tokens that show up on the scanner and then takes that list and compares it against a few indicators on tradingview to see if the trade setup is there, then have it execute the trade through 3commas via API etc.

Please only place a bid if you have experience in finance / crypto / tradingview / json and python etc. I need someone who understands exactly what I want and understands how to create it
