Crypto Scanner and trader (4 EMA strategy/Binance Futures) -- 2

I need a software that can scan all Binance Futures pairs to USDT on Binance, give results to 4 EMA, 4 different conditions, lookback X bars for previous conditions or orders running, used on 7 different timeframes per pair to USDT.
On each condition met open one trade in Binance either buy or sell. Software able to choose leverage, tp%, sl position, lot size, close order at opposite signal and open opposite new transaction according to description, can be with a pinescript that could buy on selected 4 EMA conditions for different pair. I need the software to work on Binance. I need the software to allow me to setup the different parameters. I need the Developer to mount everything on a VPN/VPS and make it operative.
