Crypto CEX - DEX Price Comparison

I want to create a simple table to be shown on a webpage in which a program written in Python will display a dynamic table getting live cryptocurrency pricing data and % difference from Kucoin and Uniswap.
The table will only show the pair listed on both exchanges.
The table will show the first Bid and the first Ask of the Kucoin pair ( i.e. ETH/USDT ) , and the price of the same pair ( i.e. ETH/USDT ) listed on Uniswap.
