Creation of a PyQt6 Customed Chart using data from a CSV file

Hi, I have a CSV File that has the purpose to simulate an API (file attached), I've also created a python GUI using PyQt6 and I need to display the information in the CSV file in a customed chart there. The programmer has to create boxes in a specific position (determined by two parameters in the CSV file) on the chart and then display inside the numbers (determined by other two parameters from the CSV file).
