Creating a custom Chromium web browser

We are looking for a developer who can build a custom browser using the Chromium open source code. The browser must have these characteristics:

- It must not have the bar to enter the web address
- At startup it will have to open full screen
- possibility to apply zoom function
- direct navigation to predefined web addresses listed on an initial home page
- at certain links the page will be able to open more tabs and be able to select them
- it must not have the forward and back buttons
customization of colors with our brand identity
- The browser will be used to navigate within one of our web apps

Advice and functional improvements will be welcome in order to make the use of the browser more efficient
