Creating a Python API interface for automation

I have created a Python script that parses lines in a text file, formats them, then sorts them depending on certain variables, and then puts them in a POST request and makes a call to an API on a website...
Getting back an error and I don't understand why exactly, need help troubleshooting, debugging, and also fixing some code.
