Creating Midjourney API Using Python

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can create a MildJourny API using Python. I have chosen to use Python 3 for this project. As for the inputs and outputs, you have to input the Image and the Text and Get the One Output as Image. Lastly, I want the API to be a REST API, as I am most familiar with this type and it works best for the usage I anticipate. Any questions are welcomed and I am open to discuss this project further.
