Creating a ML MODEL for prediction

I want to hire a developer who's good at machine learning.
The requirement is I am working on a project 'CRICKET ANALYSIS AND PREDICTION USING ML'
I have used decision tree model and implemented the code in python and it's executing but the requirement is to create a new model which has more accuracy in predicting and simultaneously to show time series analysis with web scrapping
I have decided to choose XGBOOST as algorithm and I need full code to be implemented in it.
And if possible live prediction for an ongoing match is the main goal to achieve
