Creating Google Cloud run front end for Python app

There is existing python code in a docker container that will be put up on google cloud run. We need a webpage front end for it that can both receive streamed audio as well as play it. As well as some simple visuals like buttons and loading icons, etc.
More details will be shared with the selected freelancer.
Delivery needed by Monday, November 16th.

The front end should have:

- 1-3 pages/screens
