Create a weather app using Django

You have to knowledgeable on Django and Python to build the app. I prefer a freelancer who can provide best service at frontend part of this project. Saying that, you need to use HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to build the app. The app should have the following features- weather details, including temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind speed. You are allowed to use Django APIs to build the app. All of the files need to commented out to explain what each file consists of and how it has played a key role to be connected with other files. Basically, explain each file.
