Create AI tool to Summarise Teams Meetings

I am looking for a freelancer to create an AI tool that can summarise Teams meetings. I would like the tool to get the team meetings held, summarise it and then possibly put into Micorosft Note. Here are the details of the project:

Preferred Programming Language:
- I am open to suggestions for the programming language to develop the tool in.

- I don't have any specific integrations in mind, so I am open to suggestions.
