Create a small Django based project

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a small Django based project with the following requirements:

Functionality:
- User authentication and authorization
- CRUD operations on a database
- APIs there would be around 10 APIs
- Backend would prefer Postgres

Design:
- The project should have specific design requirements that I will provide

Deadline:
- The project needs to be completed today

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Django development
- Proficiency in user authentication and authorization
- Experience with performing CRUD operations on a database
- Familiarity with integrating external APIs
- Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines
