Create a simpleTradingview (Pine Script) indicator for alerts

I am looking for someone to write a simple script in pine language for use in tradingview
An upper arrow icon should appear above a candle stick if
1. The current candle stick (1 min or 3 mins or 5 mins or 15 mins) closed price is the highest price of current day
2. Will be able to receive alert if the above condition met
A downward arrow icon should appear above a candle stick if
1. The current candle stick (1 min or 3 mins or 5 mins or 15 mins) closed price is the lowest price of current day
2. Will be able to receive alert if the above condition met
