Create a script which access a Advantage Database (Windows) and convert tables to csv

I am looking for a freelancer to create a script that will access an Advantage Database located on a Windows computer and convert its tables to csv format.

Requirements:
- Experience in working with Advantage Database and converting tables to csv
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately transfer data from the database to csv format
