Create a script to create a 24 column 1000 row spreadsheet containing data and images

Probably a Python script using Pandas I want to create a spreadsheet containing information from a C structure struct.H. Using the data from this table I want to find an image in a folder with a corresponding number and insert it into a cell. For example the fifth item of the first element is 2107, I want to look up from folder SD_02107.png and insert it into that cell in the first row. In total there will be 24 columns. Availability must be immediate.
