Create a robust computer vision model for accurate vehicle counting and classification in images and videos -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer with expertise in computer vision to create a robust computer vision model with the intent of accurately counting and classifying vehicles in images and videos. The model should have the capability to recognize all types of vehicles. The preferred programming language for the project is Python.
