Create a python program to add comment to my youtube videos

As a <youtuber> I need to add a comment (with offer/coupon code) to my videos, to attract my potential youtube subscribers.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. Create 3 text files : a text file for google credentials,
a text file for a list of youtube video links, where comment must be posted,
and finally a text file for comment that i would post in youtube videos
2. It should go to those list of Links and add a same comment for each link one after another with configurable time-interval. For. eg: It post a comment in youtube-link1, wait 30 seconds, then post a comment in youtube-link2,..and so on
3. It should be tested by developer (means no bugs, must work reliably). Clean and nicely readable code is also necessary.
4. How to run, How is works is documented and test in my local computer.

[Hint]: A Implementation with Python and selenium would be a good choice.

Budget is not alot as, there are many of the implementation available already in GitHUB repositories.
