Create a program to search an Excel file to match a customer payment to open invoices

I am looking for a skilled programmer to create a program to search an Excel file in .xlsx format and match a customer payment to open invoices. This project will require a user interface, and I prefer the programming language Python. The successful freelancer must have experience with Excel .xlsx files, user interface creation, and programming in Python. The program should compare the customer payment to a list of open invoices and generate a list with the corresponding matches.

An example file is attached. I would like to be able to input a target value that I'm trying to find and have the program search an Excel file that I select. The program would need to search for a combination of customer invoice amounts that could make up that number and then present the results into a new Excel sheet named Results_[date&time].xlsx. Those results would need to include Invoice ID, Customer ID, Customer Name and Amount The program needs to be able to handle changes in the input file where additional columns and data may be included but not needed in the input or output of this.
