Create a new virtual server to deploy python flask app and wordpress simultaneously

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a new virtual server for me to deploy my Python Flask app and WordPress simultaneously.
Operating System: Windows
Configuration Requirements: I want flask web app to be deployed securely so please take the necessary steps. URL Rewrite would be necessary for wordpress I guess.
Domain: Yes, I have a domain name but haven't used yet.
Software: The web server ( we may discuss on which one to use) , PHP, and Mysql for wordpress would be required maybe some other software maybe necessary to suit best practices.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in setting up and configuring virtual servers
- Proficiency in deploying and managing Python Flask apps and WordPress sites
- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Familiarity with standard server configurations
- Ability to connect domains to virtual servers
