Create a map with latittude and logitude and a couple other data points

The file has 5 columns that need to be put on the map/ BI report.
I have a lat, long, columns for the map itself (they are all within one state). The other data points should be added to show once we hover over the points.
Python must be used and code will be used by me to generate output.
