Create frontend for a IMEI info check website

I have the backend for a project to retrieve and display info on Iphone using the IMEI number such as the find my phone status. The backend is made using Python Flask to create APIs to communicate appropriate infos, I need a skilled frontend developer to create a web site, with following features:
a login feature, buy premium feature, a payment window for that and an ad-wall.
