Create for me python code working on raspberry pi

I need a professional python programmer to create code that will be used to control the raspberry pi, as a driving assistant system to detect the driver face orientation straight, right, or left using the pi camera module and then initiate an alarm buzzer to turn on if the face keep looking towards the right or left sides for certain seconds, the alarm will stop when the face turn to straight position again, the second thing is monitor the eyelids of the driver to decide to wither he is awake or asleep and then initiate alarm accordingly
