Create an equivalent code in MatLab for an existing Python code

I have a code file written in python language. It's regarding intraday market, but knowledge about it is not necessary. I am just mentioning that to provide an overview since many statistical functions are used. I have created a word file that elaborates what the code is actually doing in simple words. It's almost complete, I'm still working on it. I could provide this word file along with the existing code and another PDF that contains the formulae used in the code and it's also related.
