Create document parsing engine using ML

The requirement is to write and train a machine learning program that will accept pdf and word documents as input and transform it into structured data.

The program should have the capabilities to parse resume and job description documents.

For resume, It should parse the following details from any given resume
1. Basic details such as name and address
2. Read the skills and experience for each skill
3. Education details (University, start date, end date, Degree)
4. Certifications (Institution, year, title)
5. Work experience (Companies worked before, start date to end date)

For JD, It should parse the following details
1. Job description
2. Required skills and experience for each skill
3. Required educational qualifications
