Create a django based Automated Webinar Script for me with Frontend in Flutter

Hello - I am looking to hire an experienced developer to create an automated webinar script that is based on Django. The content for the automated webinar script should include videos. and I already have an existing layout for it.

Furthermore, I need the script to feature live chat functionality.

I want the script to be same as webinarkit.com (webinarkit credentials will be provided so that you can have a complete look inside).

Webinarkit helps to automate webinars with these options:
Automate webinar and repeat them at regular intervals
Option to self host and run video with Variable Bit Rate
Option for Live Interaction and Training
Chat Option
API link with other systems
Option to send the user to another URL after webinar end
Option to send all request.get data to the destination URL
Analytics that give information about the tags and parameter with which the participant came to that webinar.
Option to add ghost participants as per admin decided parameters (with list and avatars also).
Option to add chat automated chat comment at the desired time during the webinar.
Save chat comments by actual user and add them on the next webinar session.
To be made as a SAAS model.

Frontend should be built on Flutter so that the same can be used for web & mobile application.
